Beginning with a complete analysis of your cost statements and NEER (or CAD-7, MAP) summaries, we will examine your current claims process and identify opportunities to improve your current program or implement a customized program that meets your specific needs. Our extensive experience and expertise will help you save time and money.

  1. Surcharge Analysis and Action Plan which may include a number of different strategies but will guarantee a reduction and eventual elimination.
  2. Active claim management of your complex claims and advice on all your active claims OR active on-going management of all your claims including monitoring and reporting. We work with you to identify and maximize opportunities to meet your needs.
  3. Incident and Form 7 review program ensures that the correct information recorded and is submitted to the WSIB when appropriate.
  4. NEER/ Accident Cost Audits* provides up to date and strategic data on your WSIB cost status and assures you that your WSIB Accident Costs are accurate. Effective 2008, the WSIB reviews the claims costs for a given accident year on September 30 of the four* following years. The recalculation of claims costs under NEER throughout the four*-year review period takes into account any additional benefits or approved cost relief made on the claim.
  5. SIEF (Secondary Injury Enhancement Fund) - Analysis of your claims for pre-existing conditions and/ or situations where you may qualify for cost relief. Despite changes in how the WSIB administers SIEF (notable since 2009), the Policy has not been amended since it was last published February 20, 2006.
  6. Remaining at Work and/ or a timely Return to Work of your injured employee is vital. By gaining an understanding of your employee's situation, we assure best possible results in their remaining or returning to work.
